"Wild and juicy cider pét-nat with an intense tangy expression of bergamot and pineapple that finishes with notes of bitter licorice.
This fruity cider pét-nat is made from organic Rød Topaz (53 %) and Rød Aroma (47 %) from the orchards Lystgården and Ådalen on Fyn. Rød Aroma bursts with juicy fruit and grass on the nose. Topaz was fermented with skin-contact for three weeks adding fresh acidity, light bitterness and depth. Drinks well young as an aperitif or under a parasol."
