肉厚なシトラスのノーズから始まり、驚くほどの濃密さが溢れ出すこのビールには、たくさんの魅力が詰まっている。口当たりは高級なシルクのようで、ピーチ、メロン、ライム、ライチの香りがソフトでありながら見事に飽和。フィニッシュにはネルソン・ダンクのニュアンスがあり、この巨大なホップの表現を完璧に仕上げている。

Touch The Sky is a re-brew of one of our favourite Double IPA’s from last year, featuring an untouchable hop combo of Citra, Citra Cryo, Citra LUPOMAX, Nelson Sauvin and Motueka. It's an undeniable fact that US and Kiwi hops hit different when used correctly in a big juicy DIPA like this. There's so much to love in this beer, which starts with a fleshy and citrusy nose, bursting out of an incredibly thicc and hazy pour. On the palate the mouthfeel is luxury grade silk, with soft yet saturating notes of peach, melon, lime and lychee. On the finish there is a hint of Nelson dank that rounds out this enormous expression of hops to perfection.
