In the Dupont family, know-how is passed down from one generation to the next. Our values focus on using traditional brewing methods and showcasing natural ingredients.
This was the approach taken by Marc Rosier, the manager at the time, in his quest for innovation in 1990. He decided to brew beers using organically grown ingredients. And so Saison Dupont Bio and Moinette Bio were born... The first organic beers marketed in Belgium!
As a pioneer of this movement, the Brasserie Dupont paved the way for the niche market of organic beers, which is now booming. Since then, Olivier Dedeycker, who joined the family business in 1990, has expanded the organic range with Bière de Miel, Biolégère and Blanche du Hainaut.
