Aomori Ale with Apple に続き第二弾！昨年の記録的な猛暑はりんごにも多大なるダメージを与えました。見た目や固さの問題で販売できない沢山のリンゴ。「いだわしい」（もったいない）です！！そこで地元の農家さんの協力を得て「いだわしい」プロジェクト立ち上げました。

このバッチでは、親しい友人である「三浦酒造」さんの日本酒　「Houhai」から新鮮な黄麹を提供してもらいました。ビールに麹を加え、新鮮な絞りたてのりんごジュースとセゾン酵母を組み合わせ、他では見つけることのできない複雑な味わいのビールを生み出しました。　　爽やかな味わいと、ほのかに香るリンゴ、麹の風味。　複雑さの中に青森がたくさん詰まっているこの商品。ぜひ飲んでみて下さい。

This marks the final batch of our hybrid apple beers. We procured actual tons of apples from multiple local farms that suffered damage due to the unusual weather. We were determined not to let them go to waste and aimed to support our local farmers in the process.

For this batch, we collaborated with our good friends at Houhai, who supplied us with fresh Yellow Kouji. We incorporated the Kouji into the beer, along with freshly pressed apple juice and a saison yeast, resulting in a complex brew that you won't find anywhere else.

Enjoy the hard work of our brewers, who have combined both beer and sake expertise, along with our dedication to supporting our local farmers!
