様々な酵母を探求し、それらがビールにもたらすものを追求する、というテーマを掲げたBurnt Millの新シリーズ。
今回はベースにクラシックなペールモルトをたっぷりと使用。
さらにホップにはCitra、Strata、Azacca、HBC630を用いる事でパッションフルーツやタンジェリンのような果実味を生み出しました。
酵母、モルト、ホップのバランスをとりながら味わいを突き詰めたビールがここに完成！
The first in a trio of beers where we start to explore different yeasts. In this beer we have used our classic malt base with Citra, Strata, Azacca and HBC630 bringing tangerine and sweet fruits to the citrus and passionfruit characters of Citra and Strata.
