パッションフルーツ、柑橘、松感が多重的に感じられるNEW WORLD系Session Hazy IPA。ホップとエステルの複合的かつ調和されたアロマとフレーバーが心を躍らせ、後を引かないクリーンな苦味が全体をまとめ上げてくれるドリンカビリティの高いビールです。ニュージーランド、オーストラリア産のホップを大量にディップホッピング、クヴァイクイーストでの高温発酵を合わせDBWのこれまでのビールにはない作り方に挑戦しました。

2-10かく（つーてん・かく）の、りったいこうは（ほろぐらむ）で、でんじかつどうきろく（だいじぇすと）。えんかくがっこう（てれすくーる）のかえりにみてるんですよ。トラはじょうずにごはんがたべられないんですね。よしよし。
ママはちゃんとみてますよ。はい、ごはんのじかんですよ。トラのだいすきな、えいようたっぷりジャ、ジャ、ジャ、ラビットちゃんですよ。
たーんとおたべ。さあ、トラはおなかがいっぱいになりましたか。もっと、もっとたべなさい。

While many in the craft beer world have complained in recent years over a saturation of juicy, hazy IPAs, well, frankly, they can just shut up. At Derailleur Brew Works, we never paint by numbers (sometimes we can’t even color inside the lines!), and we’re excited to bring you Tiger Ate Bunny Hop. A truly global endeavor, this little dynamo is packing gobs of New Zealand and Australian hops, underwent a dip-hopping regimen championed by Japanese brewers before it was cool, and was hot fermented with Norwegian Kveik yeast. To top it all off, at a relaxed 5% ABV, you can knock back 5 or 6 without faceplanting on a staircase (please drink responsibly!). Let’s hear what the brewmaster has to say:
A New World Session Hazy IPA with passionfruit, citrus, and pine flavors in a complex and harmonious blend of hop and ester aromas and flavors. This is a highly drinkable beer.
Made with a large amount of New Zealand and Australian hops, dip-hopped and fermented at high temperatures with Kveik yeast, Tiger Ate Bunny Hop involves a process that DBW has never attempted before.
