2月頃に梅の木とかでよく見かける鳥が名前の由来なので、発音のアクセントが平坦な感じになります。アロマとフレーバーはトロピカル、シトラス、ちょっとダンクな感じがありHazyな見た目に違和感なく入ります。Incognitoと呼ばれる液状(オイル状)に濃縮されたホップを煮沸後のワールプールで使いました。バッチサイズにしてはかなりの量のIncognitoを使用したため、ホップ感しっかりめ。苦味はHazyにしては強めの仕上がりになってますが、口当たりと後味に滑らかさがあるため、ジューシーな印象が強めに出てます。

The name of the beer comes from the bird “Japanese White-eye”, not the name of the place (where the brewery is situated). Tropical and citrus aroma and flavors are enhanced by the silky and juicy mouthfeel. A lot of Citra Incognito went into this batch after the boil, and it provided extra juicy texture in addition to the bitterness that balances out the fruitiness at the end.
