香りは芳醇なカカオやトースト、ほのかにフローラルなニュアンスも。ビターという名前ですが、苦味は穏やかで飲みやすく、モルト由来の程よい甘さとコクを感じられます。ビターというスタイルにしてはライトな飲み口に仕上げてありますが、Gangi Brewingらしく、ボーッとしながら1日中呑んでも飽きのこない、落ち着いた味わいになっているかと。

The aroma is of mellow cocoa and baked toast, with subtle floral nuances. Although it is called “bitter,” the bitterness is mild and easy to drink, with just the right amount of sweetness and richness from the malt. It is light for a bitter style, but as is typical of Gangi Brewing, it has a relaxed flavor that will keep you going all day long, even if you just sit back and sip it.
