Master Soaker (5.5%) is the WET HOPPED VERSION of Master Shredder. We're so stoked. Brewed normally, but soaked with a giant amount of freshly picked whole cone, ""wet"" Amarillo hops overnighted from Oregon as soon as they got pulled from the bine. Finished in the whilrpool and dry-hopped with Mosaic and Amarillo pellets to make it a truly hop-forward experience. It's only possible to make a beer like this during hop harvest, and even more logistically challenging for us to make one because we are on the East Coast.
