華やかアロマが香るヘイジーな IPA。
Nelson Sauvin をメインに Mosaic、Simcoe を使用しドライホッピングを施してある。
モルトビルにはペールモルトにオーツ⻨を採用。マンダリンオレンジを想わせる爽快なフレーバー、白ブドウの様な瑞々しいフルーティーさが感じられる。
ソフトなマウスフィールと共にジューシーな味わいが広がり、最後松を想わせる⻘々とした苦みにより締めくくられる。
フレーバーフルで満足度の高い一本となっている。

What do you do when something you love is in scarce supply? When demand outweighs supply? Faced with the reality that we will never be able to acquire all the Nelson Sauvin of our dreams, we decided to reserve the lion's share of our Nelson allotment for this magnificent IPA: Ghost Orchid. Named after the highly coveted but endangered flower, this ode to one of the most unique hop varieties is about relishing a rarity.

What it smells and tastes like: This aromatic and delicious beer is all about low bitterness and huge flavour, with notes of mandarin orange, white grape, and pine.
