非常にドリンカビリティの高いダブル IPA。
シトラシーで明るいフレーバーにマンゴーを想わせるトロピカルな甘味が感じられる。
非常にスムースでクリーミーなマウスフィールと共に程よい甘さが口内に広がり、最後心地よいがやりすぎない苦みによって締めくくられる。
抜群の飲みやすさでアルコール度数を感じない為、かなり危険な一杯に仕上がった。
Named after the elusive creature with the head of a shark and the body of a boy that first swooped in on a broom during construction of the brew pub, this imperial IPA can elevate a bad day to good. The Witchshark is shy and mischievous, but once you let him into your heart you’ll see why this intense brew is such a popular one.
What it smells and tastes like: Highly drinkable, with well-balanced bitterness, restrained malt character, and tons of tropical mango and tangerine notes.
