This batch of Das Yummy is a lemon bar inspired ale that is packed with a bright citrus flavor and loads of graham crackers. A healthy addition of lactose, vanilla beans, and residual sugars from fermentation makes this beer creamy and sweet with just enough tingly acidity to keep the pints and good times flowing.
