ホエールバードは、ザンバホップのブレンドによるトロピカルフルーツのアロマとフレーバーがはじけるフルボディのヘイジーIPAです。ハニーモルトが美しいオレンジ色の色合いと蜂蜜のような甘みを与えています。ホップが主役になるように、合計3回のドライホッピングを行い、熟したパイナップル、マンゴー、そして甘いタンジェリンのフレーバーが十分に表現されます。
Whale Bird is a full bodied hazy IPA bursting with tropical fruit aromas and flavors from the Zamba hop blend. A touch of honey malt gives this beer a beautiful orange hue and slight honey-like sweetness. To let the hops shine, we started with a whirlpool addition and then dry-hopped three more times to fully express the beautiful notes of ripe pineapple, mango and sweet tangerine.
