アンバーラガーとカモミールティーをブレンドさせたもの。三年間木樽で熟成させたアンバーラガーと醸造したてのものをブレンドし、カモミールティーも加えた。更にワイルドハニーに漬け込んで 6 か月間熟成。カモミールの爽やかな風味、蜂蜜を思わせる甘味、そして瑞々しい果実の様なフルーティーさ、更にキャラメルの様な奥深いキャラクターにファンキーさが感じられる。複雑で芳醇な味わいが楽しめる１本に仕上がった。

Kintsugi #2 features a base of three year old barrel-aged lager blended with fresh amber lager and chamomile tea. After conditioning in bottle for six months on wild honey, our second blend features tantalizing notes of chamomile, honey-poached orchard fruit, funk, and caramel. In Japan, Kintsugi is the fine art of mending broken pottery using powdered gold or silver. This series of blends is a similar exercise, where the sum becomes greater than its fragmented parts.
