ハイビスカスのマルガリータというカクテルからインスピレーションを得て、ハイビスカスの花、ライムの皮、オレンジの皮、塩をふんだんに使った、低アルコールで非常に飲みやすい仕上がりに。ハイビスカスはクランベリーのような酸味を持ち、柑橘類の皮と完璧に調和しています。ドライなフィニッシュと塩味のタッチ。

A few weeks ago we had the pleasure of hosting the Danish friends of @gammabrewing in Sant Andreu and we pushed our brewhouse to the limit. Brewers from each of the breweries were recently in Mexico, so we wanted to make a Gose inspired by a Mexican cocktail. Low proof and super drinkable loaded with hibiscus, lime and orange zest and salt. The hibiscus gives it acidity that perfectly complements the zest. The touch of salt gives it a dry finish that invites you to continue quenching your thirst.
A few weeks back we had the pleasure of hosting the guys from Denmark's @gammabrewing down at the brewery, and we pushed our brew kit to the limit. Brewers from both of our breweries had both been in Mexico recently, so we wanted to do a Mexican-inspired Gose. We brewed a low abv, extremely drinkable beer that's loaded up with Hibiscus flower, Lime zest, Orange zest and salt. Hibiscus brings tart flavors and it is perfectly complemented by the citrus zest. A dry finish with a touch of salinity makes this another thirst quencher as we see in June.
