Omnipollo Caleb Churchill Port Barrel Aged Ugandan Vanilla Extra Extra Extra Imperial Stout. One of the most exclusive beers we’ve ever made, for the most exclusive friend one could ever wish for - R.I.P. Caleb Meakins. Brewed on the old system almost 2 years ago at the Church, separating water through freezing to get an insanely thick beer, barrel aging to smoothen it out and conditioned on select Ugandan vanilla bean.
