新しいWest Coast IPAの発売です！今回はモダンなホップを使用し、ドライホッピングにはBRU-1を加えました。しっかりとした苦みと、トロピカルフルーツの香りが特徴で、特にパイナップルの味わいに焦点を当てています。清々しいフィニッシュで口当たりも良く、飲みやすさも兼ね備えています。また、フルーティな味わいをより複雑にするために、ヴェルダンテ酵母を使用し、レイヤー感を追加しました。

Introducing our latest rendition of a West Coast IPA! This time around, we've embraced a contemporary hop profile, accentuating it with the addition of BRU-1 during the dry hopping process. Expect a robust bitterness that is balanced by the lusciousness of tropical fruits, with a particular emphasis on the tantalizing essence of pineapple. The beer culminates with a crisp and refreshing finish, leaving your palate invigorated. To further enhance the depth of fruity flavors, we've incorporated the distinctive Verdante yeast, resulting in a multi-layered sensory experience.
