同じコモンウェルス・オブ・ネイションズ（イギリス連邦：イギリス帝国のほぼ全ての旧領土である56の加盟国から構成される国家連合）に属するカナダは、オーストラリアにとって悪口の言い合える旧友のような存在であり、また良き好敵手のような関係でもある。日本でも昨今大きな注目を集めるカナダのクラフトビアシーンに対して、Deedsから親しみを込め『Hey Budd’eh』と呼びかけるのに、この7%のWest Coast IPAほどふさわしいものはないだろう。カナダで人気のあるレジナスなアロマと飲みごたえのある赤みがかったボディ。使用したWarrior、Strata、Mosaic、Centennialなホップビルドは、トロピカルでダンクなアロマをたっぷりとこのビールにもたらす。UK産Golden Promiseを中心とした豊かなモルトプロファイルによりブリオッシュの風味が与えられ、フィニッシュには、しっかりとした苦味とパパイヤと松の香りが続いていく。心置きなく楽しめるIPAに価値を見出す人にオススメの一杯。

Though it’ll taste like one of their brews, and near resinous as their bud. This can is hopped to hell and bitter’r than an Albertan chirpin' a vegan from Quebec. Sorry, not that there is anything wrong with that, each to their own of course. And I will say ever since that Mcdoughlly kid from down the way started eatin' like a deer he's really lost some of that Molson muscle. Speakin' of that stuff though it couldn't be further than what you've got in yer mitt right now. C'mon crack er open and giv'er a swig eh?
