One Drop の常識を超えたFruited Sourシリーズ’Double Take’のラズベリーバージョン。
通常考えられる2倍以上のホップ、モルトを使用した強力なボディのハイアルコールケトルサワーに、とんでもない量（1リットル当たり420g！）のラズベリーのピューレを使用したDouble Fruited Imperial Berliner Weisse。
愛すべき高貴な香りを持つラズベリーのほのかな甘味とにじみ出るようなベリー感、さらには口をすぼめてしまう乳酸菌由来の酸味により、10％を超えるアルコール度数を全く感じない仕上がりとなっている。
一口飲むと、ジェダイのマインドトリックともいうべき衝撃。
ベリーを使ったサワーは数あるが、まごう事なきまさに’ダブルテイク’なビールと言えるだろう。

For its second release we have added all that juicy raspberry during peak fermentation to integrate the flavour more, then thrown it under a high pressure spund for the rest. For the 2022 vintage, expect a slightly more restrained sourness and added nuance to the fruit character.⁠
