ゴクゴク系モダンIPAこのビールは、柑橘系を一切使わないシトラスIPAです。ホップバックにエクリプスの花を丸ごと浸し、美しいほどフルーティーでホッピーなキャラクターとしっかりとした苦味であなたを迎えます。またエクリプス、シトラ、コメットでドライホッピンし、フレッシュなピーチ、グレープフルーツ、マンダリン、そして樹脂のような柑橘系の香りを存分に楽しむことができます。ビスケットを思わせるモルトの香ばしさもあり、苦味もかなり感じます。ジューシータウンとウエストコーストの間に位置するモダンなIPAです。

Our newest limited IPA is a citric onslaught to the senses. A beautiful bright drinks-break-full of grapefruit, tangerine, orange & some yellow nectarine.
With a pat cummins in-swinging bouncer of bitterness, a sip will make you step back from the crease, adjust your gloves and think 'struth almighty, what have i got myself into here?'.
Steeped in Eclipse Hop Flowers in the hop back, every spell of this modern IPA will greet ya with beautiful fruity, hoppy character and firm bitterness.
Meanwhile, a heavy dry hopping of Eclipse, Citra, and Comet combo provides a generous dose of fresh peach, grapefruit and mandarin.
