ノースカロライナ州アッシュヴィルのリバーベンド・モルト社から仕入れた地元産大麦とフレークドオーツ麦を使用した、ミモザカクテル風ホワイトエールです。アロマを増すために少し温めに自社のセゾン酵母で発酵。新鮮な有機オレンジの果汁と、地元産のコリアンダーとアールグレイティーでコンディショニング。ベルギースタイルの伝統的なウィットビアをフォンタフローラ風で少し違ったものに仕上げることで、実にユニークな飲み心地を実現しています。

Mimosa-Style White Ale with Oranges, Earl Grey Tea & Coriander

Mashed with local barley from our friends at Riverbend Malt of Asheville, North Carolina and a helping of flaked oats. Fermented slightly warm for increased aromatics with our signature clean and crisp saison yeast blend. Fermented again atop brewer-zested and juiced fresh organic oranges and conditioned on locally-sourced coriander and earl gray tea. A house favorite, we craft our interpretation of a classic Belgian-style witbier quite a bit differently for a truly unique drinking experience.
