小麦を使った白ビールとDouble IPAの要素を掛け合わせた世にも奇妙な珍獣。
小麦を使うことにより色味が白く、フィニッシュには優しいまろやかさがあります。
しかしこのビールの神髄はやはりホップ。
Centennial、Cascade、Citraと3種類のホップをブレンドし、柑橘系や松のような味わいを構築しています。
穏やかでフルーティーな飲みやすい一面がありながらも、強烈なホップの香りと高めの度数がありそのギャップが楽しいビールです。
原材料：麦芽、ホップ
ホップ：Centennial, Cascade, Citra
This rare monster is a hybrid of a friendly White Ale and a Double IPA, bringing a kaiju level of deliciousness. Duckzilla is brewed with wheat to give it a pale white color and a slight sweetness in the finish. At its core this is definitely a hop forward beer, bitter and heavily dry-hopped with a combination of Centennial, Cascade, and Citra hops. This blend imparts notes of old school citrus, and new school pine in the aroma. Overall, it’s a deceivingly huggable Double IPA that should still be taken seriously.
