フレッシュホップの秋が到来。新しいスニーカーを履けば、新しいスタイルのビールも手掛けていく。国産フレッシュホップの「いぶき2号」を使って仕込んだ、WCB初のセゾン。スパイシーでオークバレルを思わせるようなアロマ、そして程よい酸味が特徴のニュー・キックス。ホップが主役ながらも、酵母を活かしたこの味は爽やかな秋風の様。お気に入りの一足をはいて街に繰り出したら最初の一杯はニュー・キックスで決まり。（こちらはフレッシュホップフェスト2019のために仕込んだ限定のビールとなります。）

Clean and fruity as all get out, Hop Dude paid homage to the Fresh Hop Oracle with New Kicks, WCBs first ever Saison. Like putting on a brand new pair of sneakers for the first time, the nectar conjurers at WCB scoured the Alchemists' scrolls and with the blessing of the High Council (you know it) decided to roll with something totally new. The result of their toils--the perfect balance of hop and yeast character, showing off the versatility of the Ibuki hop as well as the Hop Dude's well-documented brewing chops.
Tasting notes: Spice and clove aromas are followed by hints of banana and pear with an ultra dry and slightly acidic finish.
