厳選されたホップとそれを栽培してくれた農家を祝福するための一杯。

使っている品種は人気の高いNelson Sauvin、Citra、Strata、Simcoe。

グラスに注ぐとパイナップル、アプリコット、レモンシャーベットのような香りが漂います。

味わいはまるで文旦、グレープフルーツの皮、マンゴー、ライチ、そして松脂のよう。

飲み込んだ後もWest Coast IPA特有のしっかり目の苦味が口に残ります。
