In a joint effort with Manchester’s Cloudwater Brew Co, Solar Eclipse is one half of a two-part dichotomy representing an infrequent alignment of celestial bodies—each, however, differing in its contextual light. This imperial stout embodies the night, hiding its secrets in the deep, opaque shadows, its darkness alluring. A soft, lush body gives way to a firm underlying bitterness, swallowing your palate into its abyss.
