そして今回は、千葉県千葉市神明町に年内OPEN予定のCitta Breweryさんとのコラボレーションビールです。
Citta Breweryさんの会社は、沖縄にも事務所があるということで、塩を使ったものがいい！夏なので、低アルでゴクゴクいけるのはいかがですか？酸っぱくても良さそう、、、じゃぁゴーゼに決まりですね！
とった具合でスタイルが決まり、沖縄の南国のイメージにピッタリな南国フルーツも使おう！ということでピンクグァバを選びました。
出来上がりはしっかり酸っぱく、塩味もあってトロピカルな、まさにゴクゴク、ゴクゴクゴクゴク飲めてしまうゴーゼに仕上がりました♪

ピンクグァバをたっぷり使った、夏らしいゴーゼ。トロピカルな香りに爽やかな酸味と塩味が絶妙なバランスでまとまっている。
4.5%と低アルコールなので飲みやすく、まさに"水分補給"として飲んでいただけているのではないでしょうか。

And this time, it is a collaboration beer with Citta Brewery, which is scheduled to open by the end of this year in Shinmei-cho, Chiba City, Chiba Prefecture.

Citta Brewery's company has an office in Okinawa, so we wanted something with salt! Since it is summer, how about something low al and gobbleable? Sour sounds good, then Gose is the way to go!
The style was decided based on how we got it, and we decided to use tropical fruits that fit the image of the tropics in Okinawa! So we chose pink guava.

The end result is a sour, salty, tropical gauze that is truly gogokugu, gogokugu, gogokugu, gogokugu...

A summery gauze made with lots of pink guava. The tropical aroma is perfectly balanced with a refreshing sour and salty taste.
At 4.5% alcohol, it is easy to drink, and we think it is a perfect "rehydration" drink.
