フランスとイタリアのリヴィエラの象徴的なビーチシーンを想起させるバイ・ザ・シーは、フランスにインスパイアされたイタリアン・ピルスナー、あるいは我々が「リヴィエラ・スタイル・ピルスナー」と呼んでいるものだ。フランス産のバーブルージュのホップでドライホッピングしているが、イタリアのピルスナー・ホッピング技術を使用している。

Evoking the iconic beach scenes of the French and Italian Rivieras, “By-The-Sea” is a French inspired Italian Pilsner of sorts, or something we’re calling a “Riviera-style Pilsner”. Dry hopped with Barbe Rouge hops from France, but using Italian Pilsner hopping techniques, “By-The-Sea” is as crisp as a cool dip in the Mediterranean.
