フランスのクラフトビールシーンの草分け「ラ・ディボーシュ」とモンペリエのCafé Bunとのコラボ。メープルシロップ、コーヒー、糖類を投入したインペリアルメープルコーヒーケーキスタウト。
コーヒーは、コロンビア産のAtunkaaを使用。ソフトで甘いアタック。その後、コーヒーの上品な苦みが現れ、力強いフローラルでフルーティーな香りが広がる。最後にメープルシロップが香り、コーヒーとキャラメルケーキの心地よい風味へと変わる。

The Prizm - Dreadful Wale is an imperial maple coffee cake stout in collaboration with La Débauche brewery and Café Bun.

We are proud to present Dreadful Wale , our Imperial Maple Coffee Cake Stout , the result of a collaboration with the legendary Brasserie La Débauche and the welcoming Café Bun , Montpellier's emblem of specialty coffee.

Based in Angoulême and renowned for its masterful stouts, the brewery has pushed the boundaries of craft brewing since its inception. On the other hand, Café Bun , nestled in the heart of Montpellier, is much more than just a coffee shop: it's a place of life, exchange, and passion for exceptional coffee beans.

For the coffee selection, our taste fell on the Colombian Atunkaa, which is a decaf! At first sip, a smooth and sweet attack is evident: the texture is there. The elegant bitterness of the coffee then enters the scene, offering powerful floral and fruity notes. Finally, the maple syrup tickles the palate, evoking the comforting flavors of a coffee and caramel cake.
