このゴーぜには大麦麦芽と小麦に加え、2種類の上質な副原料を使用しました。その1つが「マンゴーの王様」の異名を持つAlphonsoマンゴー。インド・ゴア州産この品種は、甘くジューシーな南国の味わいをビールに与えました。そして2つ目がイギリスのMaldonシーソルト。丸みのある塩味が上手くはまり、何杯もゴクゴクと飲みたくなるようなアクセントになっています！
This Gose is full of mango madness! A plain grist of barley and wheat gives us the background for our tart mango delight whilst the finest Maldon Sea Salt provides a moreish salinity. Alphonso mangoes claim to be the 'King of Mangoes', hailing from the Goa region of India and gives us sweet and juicy tropical mango flavours.
