コトニ・コースト・デイリーズ国立博物館の開館と、SARAの友人でありトレイルビルダーの達人でもあるトム・ウィルソン氏の貢献を記念して作られたビールです。私たちは、仲間のサンタクルーズ・マウンテン・ブリューイングと協力し、モザイクホップとチヌークホップを使ったペールエールを醸造しました。伝統と革新が融合したこのビールは、コトニ・コースト・デイリーズでのハイキングの後にぴったりです。数週間前に博物館の内覧会を少しだけ見学しましたが、この景色と海岸沿いの森林をさらに探索するのが待ちきれません。一般公開に尽力してくださったサンタクルーズ・トレイルズに心から感謝いたします！

A beer made to commemorate the opening of Cotoni-Coast Dairies National Museum and the contributions of SARA friend, and master trail builder, Tom Wilson. We teamed up with our buds Santa Cruz Mountain Brewing to collaborate and brew this Pale Ale with Mosaic and Chinook hops. The result is a mix of old school and new, and highly quaffable after a hike at Cotoni Coast Dairies. We received a sneak preview of the property just a few weeks ago, and we can’t wait to further explore the vistas and coastal woodlands. A special thanks to Santa Cruz Trails for all their hard work to provide public access!
