スタイル	IPA - Hazy IPA / ヘイジーIPA

トロピカルな風味に溢れながらもバランス感に優れたヘイジーなIPA。ホップにはSimcoe、Strata、そしてCitraを使用。パッションフルーツを想わせるトロピカルな風味、柑橘を彷彿とさせる爽やかなキャラクター、ベリーの様なジューシーさも感じられる。スムースな口当たりでフルーティな味わいが口内いっぱいに広がる。最後はほのかな苦味ですっきり締めくくられる。

Industry Plant IPA 7.2% abv.
Pilsner malt and oats. Hand selected Simcoe, Strata, and Citra. Tropical and balanced. This has been long in the works for well over 2 and half years. There is a limited supply, we are navigating how growth will continue but still are very excited to be able to bring customers the fruits of our labor.
The first can release will be this Friday, May 8th. At @rockawaybrewco. There is a limited supply of sixtels available for the NYC market. Looking forward to bringing you more beer. Cheers y’all.
