このクラシックペリーの製造には、100％イングリッシュペリー梨のみを使用しています｡
梨は子供用手袋で処理され、全て手作業で収穫され、穏やかに洗浄されて、この中程度の軽く輝くペリーが最高水準であることを現しています｡
あらゆる意味でのクラシックなペリー、ミディアム、軽くスパークリング、シャンパンのような色で、繊細なフルーツタンニンの特質と、繊維なフルーツのアロマを備えた味わいでバランスが取れています｡

Perry pear crops take up to 20 years to develop and good ones are notoriously rare, so be sure to savour every last drop of this classic perry.
