ピルスナーモルト、Mosaicホップで造られたSMASH IPA。ただしペレット、ホールフラワー、クライオ (ルプリンのみを抽出しペレット化したもの) の3種の状態のものを使用したというホップオタク感！苦みと軽いモルトフレーバーとのバランス、あふれんばかりのベリー・ストーンフルーツ・トロピカルフルーツのような風味。ホップの特徴がしっかり表れた仕上がりです。

Button SMASHer, a single malt single hop IPA brewed with Pilsner malt and Mosaic hops in three forms (T-90, Whole Flower, and Cryo for our hop nerds out there). The result is a 6.7% hop-forward treat with a balanced bitterness and light malt flavor, packed to the brim with notes of berry, stone fruit, and tropical fruit.
