We are one of the first European breweries to trial Yakima Chief's new VISTA hops. Dancing Lobster is a wonderfully cloudy pale yellow Hazy thanks to a blend of extra pale malts, oat flakes and malted wheat, with house yeast that helps bring out the tropical character and creates a clean base to showcase the hop aromas. VIEW: guava, mango, melon and citrus. Let's Dance!
