Santa Clara is a lager inspired by the iconic Helles-bier from southern Germany. Authentic to style, it is clean and straw-yellow in color. It shows a structure of classic malts that provide a sweetness reminiscent of sunflower seeds accompanied by noble Tettnanger hops with floral touches and a subtle bitterness of fresh grass. The beer most loved by our brewers takes its name from Santa Clara Island in La Concha Bay, in San Sebastián.
