In collaboration with our friends from the Elkano de Getaria Restaurant.
Pilsner beer with extended maturation in which we have used classic German Hallertau Mittelfrüh hops. It is clean, crisp, bitter and pleasant, with floral aromas, a touch of citrus and herbaceous reminiscences. The result is an elegant and well-integrated set that invites you to have a long drink that calls for the fatty fish on the grill that the Elkano Restaurant prepares wonderfully.
