Talus delivers big aromas of pink grapefruit, citrus, pine & tropical fruits. To add even more depth, flavour and aroma we took 175 fresh Star Ruby Grapefruits, we hand zested & juiced these. The zest was added into both the hot and cold side of the brew with the juice addition towards the end of fermentation.
The result is a classic, bitter, dry and grapefruit forward West Coast IPA. The combination of the oils from the fruit and hops gives off those classic pine and resin notes you'd expect to find in this clean, bright West Coast style.
