Deedsとしては珍しいAmerican Pale Aleスタイルのこのビールは、アメリカ産のCascade、Mosaic、Azaccaを使用し、組み合わされたビスケットモルトの強い個性と、マンゴーやトロピカルフルーツの輝くホップの香り、さらにレジナスなフレイバーの中で、ミディアムな苦味に収束する。
On the first part of the journey to the bottle-o, I was looking at all the life. There were yeast and malts and hops and things. There was taps and slabs and tins.
We had the perfect name for this beer, but we took it away and gave it to a local stallion. If you’re into the plants and birds and rocks and things, then this American Pale Ale bursting with Cascade, Mosaic and Azacca hops will ensure you can’t remember your name, let alone the horse’s or the beer’s. We can’t promise to turn the desert into a sea, but we can guarantee there ain’t no one for to give you no pain. Don’t worry about what it’s called; crack it open and get into it.
