Our tenth release of 2023 is a refreshing New England IPA (7% ABV) that takes you to tropical places.
We combine Cascade and Strata hops for the whirlpool, adding subtle citrus and pine notes. The use of Strata, Citra, El Dorado and Talus hops during the dry hopping phase creates a symphony of juicy fruitiness. Waves of mango, passion fruit and citrus dance over your tongue and provide a refreshing and tropical experience.
To enhance the New England IPA style, we have chosen the innovative Hop Unlock yeast. This yeast provides a cloudy appearance, silky smooth mouthfeel and enhances the fruity hop notes.
Under the Sea invites you to enjoy the essence of summer in your glass!
