平和と美味しいビール造りに余念のないAlchemistは、
Nemesisの脅威に備えるべく、
昨年とは異なるホップを選び辰の到来を待つ。

1年に一度のTDHSSR新年Ver.
“El Dorado・Nelson Sauvin・Strata・Mosaic・Mosaic CRYO”と
たくさんのホップ品種を緻密に組み立て、
念入りにしつこ～く、みんなが大好きな3度のドライホッピング！
今回も年越しには欠かせない濃厚Hazyの錬金が無事に完了した。

マンゴー、パイナップル、ピーチの甘い香りからバニラや花のようなアロマが続く。
同様のフレーバーからはマイルドな苦みとドライさを感じ、柔らかい口当たりが◎。

Hop Dudeたちのお正月は、もちろん用宗海岸の初日の出から。
2024年に計画されているWCBの野望を語らいながら、
まずはTDHSSRで奮起の乾杯。
まだまだこれからも、
スーパーサンライズは別の次元へ進む。

Another New Year, another beginning. TDHSSR has become a Hop Dude fixture through the years, and 2024 is no exception.
This year’s iteration is some kind of tropical juice fest, replete with mango, kiwi, pineapple and hints of strawberries. While 2024 is def on the sweeter side, not to mention SUPER FRESH (aka needs a touch more tank time, so should be ready just in time for the New Year), it packs the requisite SSR punch that we have come to love.
