ANXOのフラッグシップサイダーであるシードルブランは、ロワール渓谷のソーヴィニヨン・ブラン・ワイン酵母を発酵に使用していることからその名がついた。酸味が強く、発泡性があり、トロピカルな柑橘類やストーンフルーツの香りが期待できる。料理との相性は非常に万能だが、シーフード、鶏肉、豚肉との相性が最も良い！
