ライトながら味わい溢れるイングリッシュスタイルのペールエール。モルトにはイギリス産のGolden Promiseを使用し、ホップにはドイツ産のHersbrucker、酵母にはイングリッシュエール酵母を用いて発酵させている。ビスケットを想わせる香ばしい風味、ハーバルなキャラクターにフローラルな華やかさ、そして蜂蜜を彷彿とさせるフレーバーが感じられる。ライトな飲み口ながらふくよか味わいが口内に広がり、最後少々の苦みと共にドライに締めくくられる。
Ale is a pale beer brewed with English Golden Promise barley, German Hersbrucker hops, and English ale yeast. The recipe allows these premium ingredients to shine and you get a perfect mix of what we've used. It has a nice honey and biscuity malt character, there are herbaceous and floral aromas from the hops, and the yeast gives a nice little fruity note that ties it all together.
