フレーバー豊かでありながら、イージードリンキングなツヴィッケルスタイルのラガー。発酵のピークで新鮮な麦汁を加える事によって炭酸を自然に発生さえ、かつクリーンな味わいが得られるクローゼニングという伝統的手法を用いて醸造。仄かにシトラシーでスパイシーな風味、グレープ、赤い果実みのあるジューシーなキャラクターと、トースティで香ばしいモルトのフレーバーが感じられる。フルボディで芳醇な味わいが口内に広がり、最後すっきりとした苦みと共にドライに締めくくられる。味わいに富んでいながらドリンカビリティに長けた至極の一本。

Franconian kellerbiers are traditionally served from gravity casks, naturally carbonated, and often quite bitter with a noticeable malt character. This one is modelled after the beers of Knoblach, known for being bitter, malty, and infinitely drinkable.

Zwickel is a lightly hazy golden lager that’s unfiltered, with a fluffy white foam. It shows a noticeable citrus and spicy hop aroma, with notes of grape, red liquorice, pear, and marmalade coming from the yeast and malt. Dry and smooth on the palate, with a firm bitterness balanced by toasty, bready, rich malt character. Easy drinking, full-bodied, flavourful, and built to keep you coming back for another sip.
