南半球ホップでドライホッピングされた少々濁りのあるウェストコーストIPA。ホップにColumbus Cryoをケトルで使用し、Nelson Sauvin、Kohia Nelson、そしてRakauでドライホッピングを施した。グーズベリーやグレープを想わせるジューシーな風味、パッションフルーツの様なトロピカルなフレーバー、そしてマリワナの様な粘度のある青々しさが感じられる。スムースなマウスフィールと共にみずみずしくフルーティな味わいが口内に広がり、最後控えめながらすっきりとした苦みでドライに締めくくられる。

A West-Coast IPA with a fluffy white head and nice hop haze. Super aromatic, with notes of white grape juice, passionfruit, pink grapefruit, and a soft dank hop character. Medium bitterness on the palate, lots of tropical and citrus flavours without weight. Dry, resinous, and loaded up with hops. Delish!

Water:
We use a blend of raw well water and reverse osmosis and adjust alkalinity to reach 0ppm as CaCO3

Grain:
81% Weyermann Pils
10% Rahr White Wheat
5% OiO Flaked Corn
2% Weyermann Acid Malt
2% Sugar (in boil)

Hops:
60 IBUs of clean bittering at the start of the boil
Columbus Cryo and Rakau in the whirlpool for aroma

Yeast:
Clean ale yeast
