カナダはケベックのレジェンド、Dieu Du Ciel!と人気のMessorem Bracitoriumとのコラボレーションで造られたスモークを施したバーレーワイン。イングリッシュクリスタルモルト、ビーチウッドでスモークしたモルトで構成。ダークドライフルーツ、キャラメル、トフィーを想わせる奥深いフレーバー、そしてビスケットの様な香ばしさにスモークの豊かなキャラクターが感じられる。スムースなマウスフィールと共に芳醇な味わいが幾層にもなり口内に押し寄せる。最後、アルコールの温かみが喉を通過する心地よいフィニッシュ。

Kasō (火葬 / Cremation) 10.2% ABV. - A Barleywine Fumé, brewed in collaboration with Brasserie Dieu Du Ciel and Messorem Bracitorium, is a classic strong English Ale with a rich malty profile. We crafted it using a blend of specialty English crystal malts and a gentle touch of Beechwood smoked malt, creating layers of malt complexity and a subtle, nuanced smokiness. Dark dried fruit, caramel, toffee, biscuit interplay with smoke in your glass and the smooth warming alcohol brings comfort as you sip. The perfect companion during the coldest of nights. Sip slow.
