スモークビール発祥の地、ドイツはバンベルグへのラブレター的ラオホビア。チェリーウッド、オーク、ビーチウッドでそれぞれスモークしたモルトをブレンドし醸造。その後7週間ものラガーリングを経てリリース。ハニーグレイズドハムを彷彿とさせる香ばしく、奥行きのある風味、カリっと焼き上げたパンを想わせるフレッシュなキャラクターにホップ由来のフローラルなフレーバーが感じられる。スムースなマウスフィールと共に芳醇な味わいが口内に広がるが、最後キリッとドライに締めくくられる。
Brewed for our annual smoked beer celebration, Eins Zwanzig (meaning: ‘1/20’) is our love letter to Bamberg - the Smoked Beer capital of the world. Using a calculated blend of cherry wood smoked malt, oak smoked malt, and beechwood smoked malt, our 2025 version of Rauchbier features classic notes of honey-glazed ham and crusty bread with a hint of floral hop character. Lagered for seven weeks and naturally carbonated, Eins Zwanzig brings to mind endless hours spent gulping back beers at Spezial, Schlenkerla, and many other influential breweries of a town that’s become deeply embedded in our deep admiration for Smoked Beer.
