クラフトビール界では目まぐるしい早さで様々なスタイルが流行りそして廃れていきますが、昔から愛されてきた伝統的なスタイルの一つにBelgian Tripelが挙げられます。

このAdrianneはそのようなクラシカルなビールを好むファンの方々に捧げる力作です。

ベルギーから取り寄せたモルトのみを使い、それをベルジャン酵母で発酵させることによってフレッシュな洋梨、アプリコット、バナナクリームパイ、スパイス、砂糖漬けのオレンジピール、白コショウ、そしてレモンの皮のようなニュアンスが生まれます。

流行のビールのような派手さはありませんが、この優雅で洗練された味わいはきっと皆様に喜んでもらえると信じております。

Trends come and go, but the classics of the beer world will always be just that, classics. Adrianne exemplifies that in every way. Cutting no corners, we lug pallets of malt fresh off the boat from Belgium, up the stairs and into the mill to lay the foundation for this rich and complex odyssey of a beer. The perfect marriage between the artistry of malted barley and the bouquet of yeast esters creates pure harmony wafting notes of freshly sliced pears, apricots, banana cream pie, baking spices, candied orange peel, white pepper, and lemon rind. The end product is one we are simply in love with and always can't wait to share it with the dozen or so people that still order Tripels.
