For the 14th anniversary we got together with Saltus Brewing to make an Italian Pilsner. Advised by the friends of Queen Country hop Farm, we have selected a spectacular combo. Chinook and Comet for the hot side and a dry hop of Nugget.
Together with a base of Pilsen malt, the result is a slightly golden-colored beer with aromas of toasted bread and cookies, floral and slightly spicy hops, with a mouthfeel of light sweet caramel and a dry, refreshing finish.
