Our next collaboration is with a unique brewery straight from the United States – 3 Sons Brewing.
This is a complex Imperial Sout with a very complex layer of maltiness. The production process of this beer used clean fermentation using a domestic yeast strain, which allowed to emphasize the rich malt characteristics and adjuncts. One of the main elements is the huge amount of coconut flakes, which were added to enrich the taste and aroma. Coconut notes give the beer a creamy and tropical sweetness, creating a unique impression on the palate.
In addition, roasted pecan nuts have also been added to ART+68. These are delicious and slightly sweet nuts with an intense flavor. Their presence in the beer gives it depth and a unique character. These notes blend perfectly with the richness of malt, creating an unforgettable taste experience.
