Imagine the abundance of ripe, aromatic raspberries that with the first sip will transport you to a summer garden full of fruit. We have added a pinch of delicate aromas to this, creating a unique combination that makes this beer a pure pleasure with every sip.
For those who are not afraid of the sweet side, we have added a large share of lactose, giving the beer a smooth, creamy texture that goes perfectly with the fruity bouquet. Therefore, it is an ideal proposition for those looking for new, sweet sensations.
But it is not everything. In the brewing process, we used the maximum portion of Citra hops in the concentrated form Lupomax, added to the whirlpool. Effect? A light hop note that appears gently on the finish, perfectly emphasizing the unique character of the beer and adding refined depth to it.
During fermentation, we used philly sour yeast, thanks to which we managed to obtain a beer with a very clean and fruity sourness. This technological innovation allows you to enjoy an exceptionally fresh and balanced flavor profile.
